I EMAILED THE BELOW TO AD BANKER. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DON'T SUPPORT THEIR STUDENTS AT ALL. THEY TALK NICELY, HOWEVER, DON'T TALK STRAIGHT AND COVER UP THE PROBLEMS. THEY ARE VERY, VERY LAZY ! I can't get a straight answer and when I call in, I get the wrong answers. John & Liz - I'm not the only one with these problems.
