After our 11 years of excellent design service without any complaint now we have 2 lawsuit from our clients because our website & clients website was down for over 1 month thanks to the unacceptable, unprofessional & dealing with incompetent Network Solutions Customer Service Staff, We were allowed to view all websites & upload files. After They closed six customer service tickets as being resolved when the issue was not resolved, we chose to solve our own problem by changing the web hosting company to www.hostmds.com.
