I bought, two month ago, one fabric steamer model SF-407. Some days ago I assembled it and the cover of the water reservoir was broken. I could not fix it. So I called Grupo Lemarc the company that represents Steamfast company in Brasil and they told me they could not do anything. They said they only fix problems whit the engine or if it does not work.
