I refinanced with Bank of America on 10/25. Old loan was paid off. New loan payment starts 12/1. No payment was due 11/1. I went online to my BOA account and removed my automatic payment info. I followed up with a phone call to BOA to ensure that I'd done what I needed to do to stop the automatic 11/1 payment. BOA assured me I had -- even said they'd track it to ensure it wasn't taken out of my checking account. On 11/1 it was: almost $2500. I've been calling them ever since.
