My 1st order with NS, I chose 2nd day Express shipping.Then my shipping confirmation came. My order was sent as slow as possible and was due in 10 days! I still haven't received my items. I immediately e-mailed their help desk. NO response. I sent a second e-mail a few days later, no response. I finally took my time to call, after being put on hold for 20 min.
