I bought tires from kramer tire in june on my new good year credit card. the advertizment said 0% intrest for 6 months when you use the card. i recived my first statement showing intrest, so i called about it. i was told nothing could be done about the promotion and i would continue to pay the intrest. in five mounths of having the card i have made calls to them on five occasions to deal with some sort of mistake on my account. the customer service was poor. all i have been told was there was nothing they could do, and sorry for the inconvenience. i will never buy or recomend good year for anything again! read full review »
