Best Vinyl is a joke of a company. They seem to be in business to rip people off and lie to cover their own butts. I know that before the company was sold they were a good company, now you should run as far away as possible. Don't do business with these rip off artists. We hired them to do a small fence on our property and they never came back to finish the work. They broke a sprinkler pipe and we paid them to fix it and of course, they didn't.
