After seeing ValuMag’s attractive magazine rates on the Internet, I place an order for a $40 two-year magazine subscription via the web on March 13 as a birthday present for a nephew. The postcard he received said delivery would be on May 27. The magazine was never delivered. My sister-in-law went back and forth with their customer service by e-mail.
