Purchased a 97 Explorer on 10/8; next day I had to take it to the shop for check engine light & coolant leek. CarHop did repair it after having to argue with them about trying to use used parts so I picked up the car after 2 weeks at the shop! Now after putting shocks on the vehicle I found the Ball Joints are in need of replacement; well the warranty they go on about does not cover it so I am screwed out of more money!
