Bank of America kept sending me credit card checks with a low interest period. I have 2 credit card with them & they have changed the numbers on both accounts 3 times over the past 2 years. It's been very confusing to keep the numbers straight. On one account I paid the balance every month & they kept sending cash advance checks. In 2009 I only had 6 weeks of work so in Feb. 2010 I used a credit card check so I could pay bills. They charged 4%, $720.00. cash advance fee up front.
