This company is definately involved in defrauding its customers. I spend at least $800 a month with this company so that I can keep in touch with my loved one. A few weeks ago I learned that my account was in the negative by $190, which is impossible to do because you are instantly cut off if there is no money in the account. After continuously calling there alleged customer service department, I was told that my payment that I made with my credit card came back. Mind you the paymnet in question was made a month before.
