I too have become a victim of fraud/identity theft. The first call I received stated I owe a loan to a company I never heard of. I asked for information to back up their claim and the person became sarcastic. The person that called me has a very heavy foreign accent. I was threatened with court, and lawyers. They followed with the statment that "this can be resolved right now if I send them some money". I told them I would not pay one cent to a company I DO NOT OWE!.
