I paid for a swim spa to be installed where my pool was in July 2008. The bill was paid in full and I was to not have to pay additional costs. I have put over $1000 more in this and it is still not operational. I call and they promise to come out and don't show. They have made multiple excuses as to why they can't do the job I paid them to do and I am tired of it. They need to fix it or give me my money back. read full review »
