Paul may as well have told me to go to hell. Because he refused to call the store manager to get the Lottery machines up and running he told me that the Lottery was of no precedence to be calling a mmanger for when there could be bigger issues. He didn't take into consideration the customer standing before him and he didn't stop to think about the other customers who would come after me for lottery. He had poor customer service and and needs to be reprimanded for his behavior as a store clerk offering customer service. read full review »
