11/10/2010..Just have to "ditto" all the other reports...unauthorized charges since 1/2010...easily and quickly refunded 3 months but will now have to fight for my other 7 months of charges. My first request was denied for no stated reason except to say I owe to more since my membership is now terminated! (since it was never started! :) I will notify our atty general and the better business bureau. I can only hope that it helps someone else in the future! read full review »
