This company will harrass & lie to you. I am at the end of my contract. [Thank God] My bills for six years have been double what my neighbers pay for the same amount of hydro used. They have been calling me and coming to my door. I have politely told them I am not interested and to go away. I have called the Ontario Energy Board to complain. They told me to fax, e-mail, phone & send a registerd letter telling Just Energy I am not renewing my contact with them. I hope it works. read full review »
