I ordered the "Ballerina Gift Basket" for the birth of my niece. I immediately received an order confirmation email stating I was to be charged $96.72 and shipping would be 3 days. The order was placed on 24 October 10. I was immediately charged the day after on 25 October 10 for the amount above. Since, I have attempted to contact them by email twice and by phone 3 times.
