About two years ago i was moving and had by cable service discountiued in which i had given Direct cable access my my checking account to pay my bill. In which they took out a total for the equipment and bill. I had no problem with them doing so to complete our transaction. I was then notified by Directv in writing that if i return the equipment, they would issue a partial refund. I immediately did so, but no refund followed. Then started all the run around.
