I have been contacting Consumer Relations since 11/10/10 in reference to a television I purchased. I had the TV still in the original box and when I was able to remove it from the box, we discovered that the television was not working. I tried to troubleshoot the isue with the technical department and when they were unable to assist me over the phone they sent out Apex Electronics to see what was wrong with the television.
