I've been a customer of Hughes.net for 3 years. Internet service has been going worse by the week. I can do email but cannot use Facebook at all. Websites keep loading and loading -- for hours. I called tech help yesterday (a toll call) and spoke to a woman in India. She said she ran some tests on my system and determined the problem was with my dish. Hughes.net is going to send a technician out -- and charge me $125! - to fix it. I'm FURIOUS. I haven't touched the dish.
