I bought a Sony Tv directly from Sony through Direct Buy. I paid $2500.00 for the TV. When I searched for information on my TV when it quit working I found a recall that I was not informed of. I took Tv to be repaired and was told it would cost $3000.00. I had only had this TV for 2 years. Contacted the Better Business Bureau. When contacted they offered to pay half repair or 50% to replace. If you paid as much as I did for a TV that only lasted 2 years and cost more to fix than TV cost, would you want another Sony.
