I booked a hotel for 4 days. I had to pay at front to be able to confirm the booking. Upon arrival the day of the booking, the hotel advised me that NO Booking was ever made under my name. CheapOStay had collected a full 4 night stay but failed to confirmed my reservation. The hotel had NO available rooms. I was left with NO Room in a city with a HUGE Convention just starting.
