I signed up for tutoring in Chemistry in the morning of Thursday, the 11th of November after reading the 24x7 claim on their website and after being assured by the salesperson of the same. Immediately after the credit card transaction cleared, I got a notification that tutoring in Chemistry is only available from 4PM to 2AM.
