I hired them to provide logo design work for a small firm I work with due to their "quick" turn around. It has now been 3 weeks, I have only seen the original set of logos, their "website" "lost" my feedback for the first set of changes that needed to be made so I actually had to send an email to the two peoples personal email addresses and now we are on week 4 with nothing.
