I am writing to you because of the lack of service I have gotten over the last month. I understand that occasionally there are technical issues that are problematic for a company. It concerns me a great deal that the Time Warner cable company in Central Texas has more problems than most. For a high tech company there seem to be a lot of unresolved issues. I have spent more than 120 hours in a month trying to get both my cable and internet working at the same time.
