This software is touted as award winning grammar checking that exceeds MS word. It says that it can be run as background software, it cannot. It is an unstable and error prone web application. The app fails to connect to servers if there is a large document introduced. Over two pages of text it becomes unstable and difficult to scroll through. Customer service said that by hitting F2 the app would check any document I was working on, but this is not the case.
