Jim Watley Roofing (205-2835819) of Calera/West Blocton installed new shingle and ridge vent on my roof. The work itself was led by his business partner Paul Sanders (205-2612130). After completion, they charged an additional $150 (without prior authorization) for supposedly replacing rotten wood around chimney. After work had been completed (and paid to Paul Sanders), I discovered that the rotten wood had not been replaced at all.
