I bought a laptop, which started losing functionality almost immediately. First the touchpad, then the whole USB system. I called customer support, and they told me I had to reinstall the OS before they would do anything. I went through several cycles of calling for support, and reinstalling Windows (without any assistance from them). Then I was informed that my warranty had expired, that it was a bad motherboard, and that I would have to send it back to the manufacturer (they only packaged the device), and for a hefty price. read full review »
