On 11/09/2010, Liberty Discount Club issued a fraudulent electronic check against my bank accout for 49.98. They fabricated a check number and used my checking account number illegally. On 11/15/10, I called a representative of Liberty who issued me a cancellation confirmation number of 5838472. If this money (49.98) is not IMMEDIATELY refunded to my account, I and my bank will speak to the Mesa County Colorado District Attorney about Fraud Charges.
