I have request my full refund several time I spoke to Ms Susan Tolbert and Rebecca and several others in your Corporate office...they have been promising me my refund since 2009. I have fax them the copies of my ticket several times also, in January, July and October od this year 2010. The Dept. of Justice have contact your company and was told the same thing that I would get my full refund...However to this day this have not been done...they sent me a voucher of $250.00 to use. this company is taking advantge of the consumers, they promise you money or computer laptops for surveys and then get you to oder items they say is free or shipping cost. But when you order them you have only a few days to cancel and whernb you do the company want you to pay for it in full or send the product back. this is unexceptable and taking the consumers for fools.
