I am very upset with United Parcel Service -UPS and their complete disregard for my damaged shipment of dishes and memorabilia from my parents premises after their deaths. I received two packages which were packed with abundant package materials but some of the items were broken. I reported a claim and no one would even come out and look at the packages and how they were packed. I had to take the photos myself and email which I did send over 40 photos of each box.
