I’m complaining about Richmond Virginia Trash Company Duck Disposal and their policies. My family has recently been Black Balled from the use of their trash removal service for circumstances of missing two to three months payments. Now, I fully understand that if you don’t pay for a service the company doesn’t have to provide one. I’m also not saying the company doesn’t have the right to refuse service.
