I have been disappointed by Les Schwab service before, but they did not do anything to harm my car. On 11/11/2010 I took my car in for a tire repair due to a nail puncture. Typically I do that repair at home, but this time the repair require a patch from the inside of the tire. I called about 30 minutes prior to bringing my car in and confirmed that the price for the repair is $13.75 (too good right?). Drop the car off then waited in their waiting room, which is a bad idea.
