Sold me the trees and then when one of them died right away I wrote them and their employee told me to cut it down to the ground and wait until next Spring for it to come back and she said she would document it. Well she no longer works there and instead of writing back to them in May I wrote back in September and now they won't give me the exchanged material. read full review »
