I was able to get a full refund from fastrental.com by taking the following steps. I filed a complaint with the fbi internet complaint center. http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx. When the FBI emailed me a receipt for the complaint (delete login and password), I forwarded the letter to [email protected].
