On 9/22/10 I unknowingly signed up for membership at $159. I immediately (within minutes while the charge was still 'pending' on my banks statement) contacted them and they directed me to a refund form. I completed it, following the instructions to a tee. After the 2-week period I called them and was told I qualified for a refund. I waited 2 weeks, still nothing. I had to use livechat which they never told me was the next step.
