This is the second time this happened to me. I am a landlord. A tenant of mine called Direct TV for service, and the company came out an installed a new dish on my house, drilling into my new siding without my permission. This is wrong, except the FCC allows this. Direct TV and the law allows a company to come on my property, drill holes in my new siding, and install hardware without the owner's permission.
