These people were renting a double wide mobile home that were in for ONLY 4 months. AKC was about to come out to inspect their kennels sothey up and moved before AKC could get there. The conditions found in the dog kennel area was bad enough as there was green stuff floating in most of the water bowls, NO food bowls (dogs had to eat from the dirt!). The conditions INSIDE this home were beyond words!!
