Diaper cake was not shipped in 2-3 days. Called after 8 days, and was apologized to and guaranteed my cake would be here before my shower. The day before the shower, 8 days after the follow up call, the cake was still not here, so I called and was given the run around and apologized to again because the shipper was already gone and there was no way to get my cake before the shower. Terrible business practices, worse customer service and I can only imagine a garage-created product. Steer clear! read full review »
