It's been over four months and no precious metals have been sent. I have requested that my money be returned. Now, as of Tuesday, November 16, 2010, the operators are not answering the telephones. No one is available to call back and i certainly have not received my money either. DO NOT INVEST ONE PENNY WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.
