i bought a craftsman heavy duty stapler 20 years ago life time warranty when i went to exchange it they told me only has one year warranty and it will say that on box which i did not have with me at that time i went home and looked at the box it does not have anything about warranty so i took the box back with me and the salesman and manager of tools walked away from me i have all craftsmen tools in my wood shop and garage i like craftsman but all i ever get out of Whitehall pa. are excuses if i go to another sears its all together different i don't mind paying for a good tool but i expect it to last respectfully scott webber read full review »
