My problem is that I sent a pair of Prada Frames and prescription treated lenses valued at over $525.00 to a company called FrameFixers for repair of a broken hinge in the beginning of the summer. The company charged me $58.50 for the repair. Weeks went by and I did not hear from them. I called after about 6 weeks and was told that they were waiting on a part. A later call a week later produced the part is in but they were trying to locate the tray containing my glasses so they could make the repair. A later call another week later... read full review »
