These people are nothing more than slum lords. I've lived on one of their properties for a year now, surrounded by filth and black mold. The place is about as anti green and anti efficient I have ever seen, Big gaps around doors and windows letting outdoor elements in. Told the landlord about the mold his response was "Oh it was there before we painted over it". The owner (Tyler) and his wife (Molly) are complete trash.
