"Unfriendly banking policies and uncaring staff" I travelled abroad, so was late paying the credit card. They charged a late fees on my account. Since it was my first time paying late, I called customer service in hope they would waive the late fee. My request is denied. When I asked for a reason, the representative told me that they will only excuse customers who pay late for very first time.
