Verizon replaced a defective modem and charged me $99.00 at the beginning of this year. When I called they said they would refund the money and that I should pay the entire bill including the $99.00. They did not refund the monies. By the way this was the second defective modem that they have had to replace. I called on two occasions and you know how long that takes 30-45 mins and was promised on both occasions it would be refunded on my next bill or it may take 2-3 biling cycles.
