Totally misleading. I was double-billed for shipping and handling.Customer service people will not deal with complaints (claim is that system is being updated and orders cannot be located). Rep tells me that once an order is shipped, they cannot guarantee that a charge can be changed. Stay away from this company!!! Total rip-off! read full review »
