I called EverHome on Friday the 12th of Nov. 2010. I had wanted to inform your company that my payment for November would be in on the last working day of the month due to the fact that I changed jobs. I WAS INFORMED THAT I WAS LISTED AS BEING ON A PYMENT PLAN. I explained to Customer Service representative that I had been on a payment plan and that I had caught up all my payments and was current.
