First off, I ordered a sari to wear at a wedding, with gems on it, I received the item (a couple of days before the wedding - not their fault) but gems were falling off of it! As I took the sari out the package more & more gems were falling off. Immediately I e-mailed them about it b/c as per their website you only have 24 hrs from rcving a package to report damages on their part. I told them I have pictures of the damage to show them.
