This is not the first time but when I saw that my mortgage payment was not cleared at my bank on the 15th when it was mailed on the 5th I called or tried to call Citimortgage. After hours trying to get through and then getting through and not understanding what the person was trying to tell me I was Livid. I asked to talk to someone in the US and they said they would transfer me and they would hang up. Then you have to wait on the phone for another 30 minutes or more to get another person on the phone.
