On 12/10/08 I ordered a Garmin 255W via the web. They e-mailed me right back and asked me to call them for confirmation. I did so only to have a high pressure salesman tell me that I needed to purchase additional equipment to make the unit work. I inturn called Garmin to verify. Garmin indicated that I needed only the unit and tol me the company was lying. I called bacl and asked another gentleman to just ship the unit. He said that they were in stock and would ship.
